Digital Masters 'Gallery Prints' are an extension of the traditional 16" x 20" exhibition format. We print on oversize 17" x 22" acid free, museum grade, archival papers with the latest Ultrachome K3 'Vivid Magenta' pigments. Image resolution needs to be 300dpi and we print at 2,880dpi printer resolution. Images are checked on a Gretag MacBeth calibrated monitor and printed to ISO standard with custom ICC media profiles. Optimisation, retouching and custom template services are available by quote.

$50.00 per print inc. GST. Add $5.00 for bubble wrap & tube packing and $5.00 for mailing (Australia). For security your credit card details should be split into two eMails: The first with card number - the second with expiry date. We run a secure Mac/UNIX server and delete payment emails after receipt. A tax invoice with receipt is mailed with the job. Pickup is by appointment only.

Exhibition 'Fibre' Papers. We are currently evaluating the new fibre / fiber based papers. These 'fine photography' papers emulate the old darkroom papers with silver gelatine coatings. The gloss paper looks like an 'un-glazed' darkroom print but without the curled edges! Ideally suited to fine art black and white images. 'Watch this space!'

Choose your image format from any of the 50 layouts below and download a layered PhotoShop template!

01. Click on the required template to open a full sized, layered Adobe RGB, 300dpi, TIF file. Don't panic if you only see white on-screen - you are probably looking at the top left white border. It is a BIG  image. Wait a few seconds and scroll accross the screen to view.
02. Save. Just go to the browser menu and select 'save' or right click in the image area. Save the file to your computer hard drive.
03. Open in PhotoShop. The file has two layers. Be careful not to move the 'image box' at this stage.
04. Select the grey image area. Use the magic wand - you may want to reduce the threshold so you don't select the black frame border.
05. Open your 'Adobe RGB' image file. Copy the image nd 'Paste Into' the selected grey area on the template.
06. Rescale the pasted image to fit the space. Hold down the shift key to maintain proportions.
07. Zoom in to 100% and check the image sharpness. Apply some 'Unsharp Masking' if required. We will check this and fix.
08. You can move the image layer up or down to suit your required border proportions. You can add text below the image if required..
09. Save the file as a TIF Thisyour 'Digital Master File' which you should back-up.
10. Save 'A Copy'  This time save as a flat TIF or JPG Level 8 file and send it to us for printing using our upload service:
